Recent work - An Post RNLI stamps, animated video for Christy Moore 'Clock Winds Down',
Promax Global Excellence 2021 award winning Via Sat History promo on the subject of 'The Great Plague' and the 'Ice Men' stamps video for An Post all animated in collaboration with Simone Heineck.
Then a short video commissioned by RTE demonstrating the engraving technique I use which is called Scraperboard.
The film by Dyehouse Films was created as part of the 1916 Centenary Celebrations and promoted the Royal Irish Academy published ‘1916 Portraits and Lives’ featuring forty portraits of those involved on both sides of the Rising.
In recent years my scraperboards have slowly begun to move. Beginning with 100 illustrations for the 5 part documentary
‘The Story of Ireland’ commissioned by the BBC and directed by Micheal Connolly.
